This means that you’ll burn more calories in one single exercise than you would doing just a single joint exercise

A common misconception is that spin builds and bulks your legs, but this is very much not the case Of course, your primary movers are your quads, hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes, but it's also a great way to work your core.

Resistance training is the main way you will build and ‘tone up’ your muscles. It is by far the best way to alter your body shape and once you are at the point that you are lean enough to see your muscles, resistance training can give you the shape of arms, legs or bum that you desire.

Absolutely love my experience at this gym. Love the community, the staff is top-notch, and after nearly 2 months of training, I've seen lots of gains, thanks in large part to my dedicated trainer, Peter. He has a great character how could you not like him, and hes significantly guided me through with my workouts. Can't say anything bad about this gym
