Who are we?

Muscle Bound brings 15 years of experience and is your go-to place for all your fitness needs. Our unique gym environment, combined with a team of professional trainers at the top of their game, make for a great fitness experience. Our training is grounded in evidence-based techniques and scientific research, far away from the usual fads and misinformation that are commonly seen around diet and exercise-related advice. Our mission is to build a community of gym-goers, which is aimed at sharing expert knowledge and make fitness more accessible to all. We take our mission very seriously at Muscle Bound – which is why we focus on our client’s mind, body and soul – we simply want our clients to leave the gym with a smile on their face ☺

MISSION

MUSCLE BOUND started modestly offering Personal training services in Dubai and is a welcoming place for a diverse group of people to get fit.

We believe in the power of fitness to improve lives, so we have bound health and fitness so that we canembark on a holistic mission to achieve better health by providing a safe, professional, and quality fitness training with no limits regardless of shape size age race gender fitness level of our clients.

What do we do?

Our unique training program doesn’t just focus on what happens in the gym – but also on making a complete transformation in the client’s mindset that is meant to stand the test of time. We begin with an initial client interview, where we understand their history, what they want and how committed they are to getting there. We then design a training program which is highly personalized to each client’s needs, and consists of three core aspects:

Our personal trainers will be there to guide you at every step in the gym. Our goal is to have clients who learn how to maximize their own potential in the gym so that they can become fully independent in their workouts. The frequency, duration and intensity of the training is decided in collaboration with the client and a structured training plan is created. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle development or injury recovery – our path to success is achieved through constant support and training focused on achieving a client’s goals. We also believe in diversifying our training to keep it challenging and interesting for our clients as they progress, which is why we have a wide variety of machines, functional training spaces and equipment, MMA training and so much more.

Nutrition

The common adage “Abs are made in the kitchen”, couldn’t be more true. We believe in educating clients about what they are eating and developing a diet that complements their workouts, in to achieve the best possible results. Macronutrients, micronutrients, supplements and even cheat meals – we’ve got you covered. All our trainers are extensively knowledgeable in nutrition sciences and nutrition coaching. We also have our in-house nutritionist who supports clients with creating diet plans to meet their goals.

Mindset

At Muscle Bound, we truly stand by the fact that nothing can be achieved without the right mindset. We acknowledge the difficulties that our clients experience, and are there at every step to provide emotional support and the motivation that they need to push themselves forward, even in the face of the challenges that life throws at us. We have experienced psychology consultants on board and also provide brief mindset assessments (optional) before accepting clients for personal training. The Muscle Bound culture places just as much importance on mental health, as we do on physical health.

 

In addition to the above, we do weekly check-ins with our clients and create accountability by regular, open and honest communication with them at every step. Muscle Bound also holds regular community events, educational workshops and other fun events. At the end of the day, we want our clients to feel at home ☺
